What a Brilliant concept, What could be better for you than to have food served from farm to table without the carbon impact from truck to store to home. I cannot imagine what the food must taste like fresh as it is.

What a FANTASTIC article about a WONDERFUL restaurant. They are proof that this can be done (how silly to say that since that is always how it “used to” always be done). It will be nice when we come full circle back to living sustainably as our ancestors did.
